Your mission

Within the production workshop, you will ensure the setting, setup, and monitoring of the manufacture of high-precision components on Gear Hobbing and/or Rolling machines with Wahli and/or Strausak machine technologies

Operator - Setting Technician in Gear Hobbing or Rolling

Your responsibilities

• Set and operate Wahli W90 and W91 gear hobbing machines.
• Set and operate rolling machines on Strausak machines.
• Ensure setups and changeovers.
• Control the conformity of produced parts.
• Perform dimensional and visual self-checks.
• Guarantee compliance with quality, safety, and productivity standards.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes.
• Ensure first-level maintenance of equipment.

Your profile

• Confirmed experience on Wahli W90 or W91 gear hobbing machines and/or in Rolling on Strausak machines.
• Experience in the precision industry, ideally watchmaking or mechanical.
• Good mastery of reading technical drawings.
• Common use of measuring instruments.
• Autonomous, rigorous, and conscientious person.
• Team spirit and sense of responsibility.
