datteam ag Luzern is continuously looking for motivated assistant fitters in metal construction aged 18 and over for our customers from Luzern. You will support experienced assembly professionals on construction sites and see in the evening what you have achieved together.

You do not need training in metal construction. It is important that you are manualy skilled, weather-resistant, and able to work at heights – and that you help out reliably.

Job Description

Your tasks on the construction site

• Depending on the project and your skills, you will help with:
• Assembly of metal components, facade elements, and cladding
• Installation of doors, windows, railings, and other building elements
• Providing and transporting material and tools
• Screwing, drilling, and fastening components according to instructions
• Supporting the fitters with general assembly work
• Order and cleanliness on the construction site

You will be introduced to your tasks and the safety rules. Working on scaffolds or with aerial work platforms takes place according to your instruction and the required prerequisites.

Requirement Profile

• You are at least 18 years old and live in Luzern or in the Canton of Luzern
• You have manual dexterity and can handle tools
• You are weather-resistant and also enjoy working outdoors
• You are fit for heights and feel safe when working at heights
• You are physically fit and help out with material transport
• You are reliable, punctual, and enjoy working in a team
• You understand German and can follow work and safety instructions
• Construction site experience and driving license category B are an advantage
• Graduates of recruit school are expressly welcome! You can also gain practical experience and earn money with us before the RS.
