Caretaker (m/f/d) for property and garden facilities

The management of a representative property with state-of-the-art building and pool technology as well as a demanding garden facility requires technical understanding and a structured way of working. We are looking for a motivated personality for the professional care of this versatile facility.

The position will be filled as soon as the right person is found.

Your tasks

• Technical care and building technology: Monitoring, operation and regular inspection of heating, ventilation, air conditioning and sanitary systems as well as coordination of measures with partner companies
• Pool management: Cleaning, water quality control as well as filter and pump maintenance in cooperation with our partner company
• Garden and outdoor maintenance: Care of green spaces and general outdoor work including coordination of garden specialists
• Cleanliness and care: Regular cleaning and care of the premises
• Maintenance and repairs: Inspection rounds for value preservation of the property together with our partner companies and execution of minor repair work
• Organisation: Independent organisation of processes, supervision of tradespeople and service partners as well as close cooperation in the team

Your profile

• Technical understanding: Knowledge in building and pool technology
• Way of working and character: Structured, organised and proactive personality with a healthy degree of independence
• Flexibility: Readiness to adapt your deployment flexibly to the processes of the property if required
• Discretion and trustworthiness: Discreet, reliable personality with professional handling of privacy and sensitive information
• Driver's license: Driver's license Cat. B, ideally BE (trailer)
• Language skills: German and English
• Basic IT knowledge: Confident handling of e-mail, smartphone and common Office applications
