Employee Facility Management (40–60%)

Your tasks

• Care and maintenance of properties
• Cleaning of indoor and outdoor areas
• Minor repair and maintenance work
• Garden and surroundings work
• Winter service as required
• Contact with tenants, administrations and craftsmen

Your profile

• Reliable, independent and careful way of working
• Manual dexterity and enjoyment of practical work
• Friendly and well-groomed appearance
• Good German skills
• Driving license category B required
• Experience in facility management an advantage, but not mandatory
