Polymechaniker Fertigung & Automatisierung (m/w/d) 100%

What awaits you:

• Setting up, operating and optimizing machines and production systems
• Active participation in mechanical manufacturing and processing
• Instruction and support of machine operators in daily production
• Carrying out first-piece, intermediate and quality inspections
• Supporting the team leader with technical challenges and in daily operational business
• Taking over the deputy role of the team leader during their absence
• Active participation in improvement and optimization projects
• Testing and evaluating new technologies, processes and automation solutions
• Continuous optimization of manufacturing processes to ensure high quality standards

What distinguishes you:

• Completed vocational training as Polymechaniker EFZ or Industriemechaniker
• Several years of professional experience in mechanical manufacturing and processing
• Sound knowledge in machining, manufacturing and measurement technology
• Interest in automation, new technologies and process optimization
• Strong technical understanding, manual dexterity and a hands-on mentality
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Good communication skills, empathy and social competence
• Team spirit, enthusiasm and joy in cooperation
• Fluent German skills in speaking and writing as well as good IT skills
• Willingness to take on responsibility and actively help shape improvements
