Foreman / Site Manager Timber Construction

Introduction

For our client, we are looking for an experienced personality as a Foreman / Site Manager Timber Construction. In this role, you will plan and accompany timber construction projects from preparation to implementation on the construction site. A versatile working day with responsibility, teamwork, and development opportunities awaits you.

Tasks

• Planning, preparation, and implementation of timber construction projects
• Management and organization of construction sites as well as active cooperation if required
• Support of the project management during the entire execution
• Ensuring quality, deadlines, and clean execution
• Collaboration in the further development of construction concepts and processes

Profile

• Experience as a carpenter, foreman, or site manager in timber construction
• Good knowledge of structural timber construction
• Very good German skills in spoken and written language
• Independent, responsible, and reliable way of working
• Team spirit, flexibility, and enjoyment of varied projects
