Our client realizes demanding single-family and multi-family houses and stands for quality, precision and reliability.

To strengthen the team, we are looking for an experienced and motivated civil engineering worker (m/f/d) in the field of earthworks and sewerage works for residential construction projects.

Area of responsibility:

• Execution of earthworks and excavation works for construction pits
• Creation and securing of construction pits (construction pit securing)
• Preparation of foundation excavation and leveling
• Installation of sewers (wastewater and rainwater pipes)
• Installation and positioning of manholes (inspection and sewer manholes)
• Installation of utility lines (water, electricity, telecommunications etc.)
• Professional backfilling and compaction of utility trenches and construction pits
• Working with leveling devices / laser for height control
• Application of lean concrete (blinding layers, pipe encasements etc.)
• Support in formwork and concrete works in the foundation area
• Operating small devices (vibrating plate, tamper etc.)
• Assistance in operating construction machinery (e.g. excavator)
• Compliance with safety regulations and quality standards

(No road construction)

Requirements:

• Experience in the main construction industry
• Several years of practical experience in the field of excavation, sewerage and utility lines
• Confident handling of laser/leveling devices
• Technical understanding and manual dexterity
• Independent, careful and reliable way of working
• Ability to work in a team and resilience
• Driving license class B (advantageous)
