Scope

You contribute to success by undertaking the following tasks:

• You are responsible for the supervision, coordination, and organization of all construction and installation work in accordance with contractual obligations at all phases of the project
• You accompany the construction until commissioning and final accounting
• You plan the progress of the work as well as the cost estimation and calculation of hours, and you take charge of the planning, steering, and monitoring of deadlines
• You assume the coordination and management of interfaces with all trades involved
• You have experience with Messerli for tenders and cost control tools or equivalent programs; basic knowledge of CAD is an advantage
• You keep the construction journal, organize meetings, and ensure compliance with safety instructions on the construction site

To do this, you bring the following:

• Diploma as a CH construction manager or in civil engineering with a flair for process technology / building technology. Alternatively, an HBZ technician qualification or a comparable qualification with professional experience
• Several years of experience in managing large, complex construction projects, ideally in the pharmaceutical or process technology industry
• Understanding of building technology and installation construction as well as experience in project management and reporting
• An autonomous way of working, high stress resistance, and an ability to persuade characterize you
• You enjoy working in an interdisciplinary team
• Very good knowledge of German and English
