CONSTRUCTION SITE MANAGER / PROJECT MANAGER LARGE-SCALE CONSTRUCTION SITES / CONCRETE REPAIR
YOUR MAIN TASKS:
Responsibility for construction sites & projects from the first contact with the client to the final invoice
Schedule responsibility for the entire project
Leadership of construction managers and construction clerks
Supervision of work preparation (AVOR), measurement & billing including post-calculation & controlling
Preparation of supplementary claims and negotiating them
Conducting discussions with the site management as well as negotiations with suppliers
Close cooperation with clients, site managers, scheduling, subcontractors, ARGE partners, etc.
Responsibility for compliance with occupational safety, quality and costs
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
Completed basic training in the main construction trade with further training as a construction manager, civil engineer, master builder or comparable
Several years of experience in structural value preservation
Proficient in handling IT programs (MS-Office, Baubit PRO)
High sense of responsibility as well as an independent & strong-leadership personality
Convincing appearance as well as assertiveness
