We are present in 28 branches throughout Switzerland and in the Principality of Liechtenstein. For our client in the Lugano area, we are looking for a Construction Site Technician immediately

Job description ##

• Support for the management and organization of the construction site
• Coordination of workers and operational activities
• Control of work progress and compliance with deadlines
• Verification of the correct execution of works according to the project
• Site accounting and material management
• Relations with suppliers, subcontractors and works management
• Technical inspections and surveys on site
• Support for compliance with safety regulations
• Operational activities on site when necessary

We expect ##

• Diploma as a Surveyor and/or Degree in Engineering/Architecture (or equivalent experience)
• Previous experience in construction sites
• Good knowledge of construction processes
• Ability to read technical drawings
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a team
• Driving license B
• Availability to travel to construction sites
