Construction Manager in Road and Civil Engineering (m/f)

To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced Construction Manager in Road and Civil Engineering (m/f) 100% in Giswil OW.

• You are responsible for customer care from initial contact to invoicing and handover to the client
• You take over the management, site supervision, and monitoring of the entire project including cost development
• You take over personnel planning, staff leadership, and are responsible for the delegation of tasks
• You are responsible for schedule planning and coordination with subcontractors
• You ensure that occupational health and accident prevention regulations are complied with
• You already possess experience in an equivalent position in the field of road and civil engineering
• You skillfully apply your technical and business knowledge
• Ideally, you are familiar with the construction software Sorba
• You have a quick grasp and good self-organization
• You have an exact and independent way of working
• You are communicative and a team player
• You possess a category B driver's license
