Job description ##

Within our production department, you play a key role in the control and validation of internal combustion engines. Thanks to your technical expertise, you ensure the smooth running of tests and contribute directly to the quality of the delivered products.

Responsibilities

• Perform and supervise internal combustion engine tests on test benches.
• Analyze results, identify malfunctions and perform diagnostics autonomously.
• Carry out necessary repairs and adjustments directly on the tested equipment.
• Guarantee product compliance according to current quality requirements.
• Ensure the monitoring and updating of production and quality documents (indicators, control readings, monitoring reports, etc.).
• Actively participate in the first-level maintenance and upkeep of work equipment.
• Ensure the good organization of your workstation by respecting 5S standards and safety rules.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of test and production processes.

Profile

• Holder of a CFC in automotive mechanics, mechatronics or an equivalent training.
• Proven experience in the diagnosis and analysis of internal combustion engines.
• Good command of French; knowledge of German and/or English is an advantage.
• Knowledge of an MES system; experience with an ERP represents an additional asset.
• Comfortable with IT tools related to industrial production.
• Autonomous, rigorous and conscientious person, capable of managing priorities effectively.
• Flexible, reliable and possessing an excellent team spirit.
• Sense of responsibility and strong quality orientation.
