Are you a trained painter and have you evolved into a technician or site manager role?
Do you appreciate technical management as much as client relations and do you wish to join a recognized company in the region?
Our partner is a well-established company in the Lemanic arc, active in the fields of painting, plastering and renovation.
It operates on various projects, both in renovation and on new construction sites, and is recognized for the quality of its work as well as for the proximity it maintains with its clients and partners.
Your mission: Ensure the technical, organizational and financial management of painting sites. Concretely you will be required to:
Develop and follow up on your client portfolio
Perform measurements and prepare quotes / submissions
Plan and coordinate teams on construction sites
Organize material orders and logistics
Ensure work monitoring and quality of execution
Control costs and the profitability of construction sites
Maintain a relationship of trust with clients and partners
Job requirements:
Your profile
CFC in building painting or training deemed equivalent
Federal certificate (team leader / foreman): a real asset
Confirmed experience in a function as a technician or painting site manager
Good knowledge of the construction market in French-speaking Switzerland
Comfortable in client relations and negotiation
Organized, autonomous and solution-oriented person
Comfortable with IT tools and administrative follow-up
Driving license indispensable
