Automation Technician with Service Technology and Training Competence

Activity

• Provide technical support via telephone, online and in writing
• Carry out workshop repairs on inductions and kitchen appliances
• Take on on-site assignments in demanding cases
• Conduct in-person and online training for specialist partners
• Create repair offers and process complaints

Requirements

• Completion as Electrical Installer EFZ, Automotive Mechatronics Technician or Automation Technician
• English skills of at least A2
• Knowledge of MS-Office such as PowerPoint and Word
• Willingness for initial assignments as a service technician in the field
• Interest in didactics, knowledge transfer and presentation techniques
