Assemble the various components constituting the movement of mechanical watches
Perform production operations while respecting quality and productivity instructions
Carry out the pre-assembly of components using manual or automated production means
Ensure the aesthetic control of parts directly at the workstation
Perform assembly, preparation, and inspection operations
Ensure the proper management of small components used in production
Contribute to the continuous improvement of production processes
Profile

Excellent manual dexterity and good mastery of technical gestures
Good visual acuity and ability to concentrate
Desired experience in the watchmaking field or in a profession requiring precision and meticulousness, such as manicuring or hairdressing
Mastery of French, oral and written (B2)
Versatility and ability to adapt
