The Adrian Michel Group is an innovative production company in the metallurgical sector with a dedicated team of qualified specialists at the Schmiedrued, Rümlingen and Duggingen sites.

For our clients in the medical, watchmaking, electrotechnical and household appliance sectors, we manufacture complex stamping and forming tools. We are competent from prototyping to mass production of stamped parts and assemblies, up to machining by material removal.

To complete our established team of the Adrian Michel Group at Schmiedrued AG, we are looking for a / an

Setup Technician Stamping Production Employee 100% (m/f/d)

Tasks

• Installation, conversion, commissioning and monitoring of stamping presses according to production specifications
• Manufacturing of parts on automatic presses and insertion work on various mechanical eccentric presses from 15 to 400 tonnes
• Ensure product quality as well as the execution of regular quality controls
• Mass production of stamped parts in metallic materials respecting quality requirements
• Recording of manufacturing orders
• Autonomous operation, maintenance and monitoring of production facilities
• Control and respect of quality requirements according to the part drawing and the control plan
• Compliance with legal prescriptions and internal quality standards
• Participation in continuous improvement processes and support for maintenance
• Careful handling of equipment, production means and tools
• Monitoring of safety devices
• Maintenance and cleaning of machines and installations

• Knowledge in the field of stamping and handling of production machines
• Manual dexterity and technical understanding
• Autonomous, flexible, reliable and precise work
• Reliability, precision and care in the execution of your tasks
• Experience in production
• Technical understanding, good spatial visualization ability and interest in modern production
• Willingness to familiarize yourself with new machines and work processes
• Good command of German, oral and written
