Immediately or by arrangement, we are looking for a temporary or permanent position with more than 3 years of experience as a timber construction foreman

Your challenge:

• Management and execution of timber construction projects: You are responsible for the organization and supervision of work on the construction site
• General carpentry work: This includes activities in new construction, conversion, and renovations
• Leading and motivating employees: As a foreman, you lead and motivate your team to achieve the work goals
• Quality assurance: You ensure that the work complies with the defined quality standards and safety regulations
• Work preparation (AVOR): You take over smaller tasks in the planning and preparation of the work

What you bring with you:

• A completed apprenticeship as a carpenter EFZ, as well as corresponding further training or relevant experience
• Enjoyment in the leadership and support of employees
• Team spirit, sense of responsibility, and motivation
• Good rapport with customers
