CNC Operator (m/f/d) (80-100%)

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated CNC grinding operator (m/f/d). In this role, you are responsible for highly automated production cells for the processing of Inconel turbine blades. Your area of responsibility includes profile grinding, automated laser processing, as well as metrological monitoring and quality assurance using state-of-the-art Zeiss coordinate measuring machines. Your tasks: * Independent setup, operation, and monitoring of CNC grinding machines and automated production cells * Carrying out profile grinding of Inconel turbine blades according to specified quality and process standards * Operating and monitoring automated Trumpf laser systems for the marking of turbine blades * Ensuring a trouble-free production process in shift operation * Optimization and adjustment of machining processes at the machine in cooperation with Quality, NCP, and process managers * Carrying out first-piece, intermediate, and final inspections * Quality control using conventional measuring tools as well as Zeiss coordinate measuring machines (CMM) * Verification and documentation of measurement and inspection results * Error analysis as well as rectification of minor machine and system malfunctions * Carrying out maintenance and servicing work according to specifications * Active participation in continuous improvement processes (KVP) * Support in the introduction and optimization of new machines, production cells, and automation solutions * Ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and production specifications Your profile: * Completed training as Polymechaniker EFZ, Produktionsmechaniker EFZ, or comparable technical training * Several years of experience in CNC grinding or precision machining is an advantage * Experience in handling automated production cells and robotic systems * Knowledge in the processing of nickel-based alloys, especially Inconel, is an advantage * Experience in operating Zeiss coordinate measuring machines (CMM) * Knowledge in handling automated laser systems is an advantage * Confident reading and interpreting technical drawings * Experience in quality inspection and production monitoring * Willingness to work in shift operation (2- or 2 shift+) * Independent, reliable, and structured way of working * Good German skills in speaking and writing Personal characteristics: * High sense of quality and responsibility * Precise, careful, and concentrated way of working * Technical understanding and strong process thinking * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Independent and solution-oriented way of working * High initiative and commitment * Teamwork skills as well as good communication skills * Flexibility and resilience in a dynamic production environment * Willingness to learn and openness towards new technologies * Hands-on mentality and desire for continuous improvement * Responsible handling of modern production and measurement technologies We offer: * State-of-the-art CNC grinding machines, automated production cells, and robotic solutions * High-precision manufacturing of turbine blades for demanding applications * Responsible and varied activity with high individual responsibility * Attractive employment conditions including shift allowances and bonus regulations * Collegial, professional, and innovation-oriented working environment * Further training opportunities and long-term development perspectives * Collaboration in a technologically leading company with a high degree of automation We look forward to your application (preferably in English).
