Join the elite of thermal engineering

Do you master complex hydraulic systems, high-power boiler rooms and latest generation thermal installations? Are you looking for a position where your technical expertise is truly valued?

As part of its development, our client is looking for a highly qualified Heating Installer capable of intervening autonomously on demanding technical installations in the residential, tertiary and industrial sectors.

Your technical responsibilities

• Complete realization of medium and large power boiler rooms.
• Assembly and connection of low and high temperature thermal installations.
• Implementation of black steel, stainless steel, copper, pressed stainless steel and pre-insulated PE hydraulic networks.
• Reading and interpretation of hydraulic diagrams, PID and HVAC execution plans.
• Installation of air/water, water/water and geothermal heat pumps.
• Installation and connection of DH (district heating) substations.
• Realization of primary and secondary hydraulic manifolds.
• Assembly of pressure maintenance groups and automatic degassing systems.
• Dynamic and static hydraulic balancing.
• Adjustment of 2-way, 3-way, PICV valves and regulation components.
• Prefabrication and TIG, oxy-acetylene and arc welding according to site needs.
• Execution of tightness tests, pressure tests and dynamic flushing of networks.
• Commissioning of complex thermal installations.
• Technical coordination with automation technicians, refrigeration technicians and MCR specialists.

Profile description ##

Profile sought

• CFC heating installer
• Additional technical training, federal diploma or equivalent title appreciated

Indispensable technical skills

• Excellent mastery of hydraulics applied to buildings.
• Solid knowledge of HP, condensing gas boilers, biomass and DH technologies.
• Mastery of large diameter crimping (Mapress, Geberit, Viega, Prestabo).
• Advanced knowledge of expansion phenomena, pressure losses and network balancing.
• Mastery of Siemens, Belimo, Honeywell or equivalent regulation systems.
• Expert reading of BIM, CAD plans and principle diagrams.
• Confirmed experience on technical projects from several hundred kW to several MW.
• Very good understanding of HVAC interactions.
