Your task

You lead complex construction projects on-site and coordinate teams, resources, and workflows to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality execution of the structures.

Your responsibilities

• Independent leadership and coordination of large-scale construction sites in structural engineering
• Ensuring the quality and conformity of the work according to applicable standards and execution plans
• Responsibility for the financial monitoring of the assigned construction sites
• Efficient leadership of the construction site teams to meet deadlines and project goals
• Guaranteeing safety, health, and environmental standards on the construction site
• Proactive problem solving, adaptation to unforeseen events, and support for the construction management

Your profile

• Federal Diploma of Higher Education as a Baupolier/in or an equivalent qualification
• Several years of experience as a Baupolier/in in structural engineering, preferably at least 5 years
• Strong teamwork skills as well as the ability to create a trusting working atmosphere
• High degree of independence and personal responsibility in project implementation
• Good communication skills when dealing with employees and project participants
• Good German skills
• very good French skills are a MUST
• Driving license and car are an advantage
