About the position:
Our client, a leading company in the energy industry, is looking as of 01.12.2026 or by arrangement for a personality with a passion for clean work as a Service Technician Ventilation/Air Conditioning for the Aarau region.

In this position, you ensure through your work that ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems function reliably. Here, you will build a long-term perspective in a stable environment and continuously develop your expertise. In doing so, you have the opportunity to analyze problems, find causes, and implement sustainable solutions. In a collegial team of experienced professionals, you can learn something new every day while simultaneously contributing your own knowledge.

Your tasks:

• Install and maintain ventilation systems where precision is important
• Check safety-relevant systems with inspections, functional tests, and regular measurements
• Chase malfunctions to the cause and rectify them so that they do not recur
• Actively participate in the design of new installations, conversions, and commissioning
• Create and update work documents and technical documentation

Your profile:

• Apprenticeship as Lüftungsanlagenbauer EFZ or with comparable experience in ventilation, air conditioning, or refrigeration technology
• Specialist knowledge in measurement, control, and regulation technology
• Manual dexterity in the maintenance of fans, bearings, belt drives, and shafts is a plus
• Proficient in handling technical plans and diagrams
• Confident German (B2/C1)
• Careful, structured way of working and desire for technically demanding tasks
