Your tasks:

• Organization of the construction site in residential, industrial, commercial, and renovation projects with monitoring of costs, deadlines and quality in GU, TU or architectural contract relationships
• Cooperation and coordination of planners and contractors
• Local construction management with active control of the construction work
• Tenders, procurement and management of construction accounting | schedule planning and monitoring of construction processes
• Handover of construction and commissioning
• Support or takeover of project management depending on need

Your profile:

• Federal Diploma Construction Manager, High-rise Technician HF or Drafter EFZ Architecture with construction management experience
• Understanding of plans and cost awareness
• Confidence in dealing with SIA norms, laws and regulations
• Good IT user skills
• Reliability, sense of duty, resilience, team player
