Head of Sanitary Division

per immediately or by arrangement

Your tasks

• You assume overall responsibility for the sanitary department and develop it organizationally, professionally and personally
• Support and further development of the DACH market as well as France
• Planning, coordination and monitoring of projects with regard to quality, costs and deadlines
• Support and advice for existing customers as well as active support in acquiring new projects
• Development of technical solution proposals and calculations
• Close cooperation with sales, project management, design and production
• Ensuring an efficient organization and continuous development of the department
• Leadership, promotion and development of employees

Your profile

• Completed training as a Sanitärinstallateur/in EFZ, Sanitärplaner/in or comparable technical basic training
• Further training as a Chefmonteur, Projektleiter, technischer Kaufmann or a comparable further training is an advantage
• Several years of professional experience in the sanitary sector
• Initial leadership experience or demonstrable suitability for a leadership function
• Entrepreneurial thinking as well as an independent and structured way of working
• Confident appearance towards customers, employees and business partners
• Good German and French skills in spoken and written language
