What awaits you:

• Technical leadership of a working group together with the Polier:in
• Organization and coordination of daily work on the construction site
• Participation in maintenance as well as renewal work on tracks and switches
• Participation in maintenance work along the rail infrastructure (e.g., embankments, drainage, winter service)
• Ensuring efficient, qualitative, and safe construction site operations
• Rectifying malfunctions on the assigned rail network (on-call service)

What you bring with you:

• Completed vocational training in track construction, civil engineering, road construction, or a comparable construction profession
• Further training as a Vorarbeiter:in or the motivation to complete it
• Experience in leading employees or construction site teams
• Driving license category B
• Enjoyment of working outdoors as well as willingness for shift and on-call services
• High sense of safety and responsibility
• Structured, reliable, and independent way of working
• Ability to motivate employees and achieve goals together
