Site Manager Civil Engineering and Infrastructure (m/f/d)

Introduction

For our client, a company from the construction industry, we are looking for a responsible personality as a Site Manager Civil Engineering and Infrastructure (m/f/d). You will accompany smaller and medium-sized construction projects from preparation to billing and ensure professional implementation. In doing so, you will coordinate your team and keep an eye on costs, deadlines, and quality.

Tasks

• Independent management of projects in road and civil engineering
• Planning and organization of construction site processes
• Coordination of employees as well as the required resources
• Monitoring of costs, deadlines, quality, and project results
• Preparation of measurements and billing
• Support in calculations and the acquisition of new orders
• Collaboration on digital and innovative construction topics

Profile

• Basic construction technical training with further training as a Site Manager HF, Civil Engineer FH/ETH, or comparable qualification
• Professional experience in site management or motivation for targeted training in this function
• Good knowledge of construction administration and digital working tools
• Confident and convincing appearance towards customers and partners
• Entrepreneurial thinking as well as a responsible way of working
• Good communication skills and enjoyment in leading a team
• Independence, initiative, and readiness for professional development
