Polymechanic / Production Mechanic

This is what you can achieve.

• You independently assemble sub-assemblies and complete components according to technical drawings, work instructions, and quality specifications.
• The preparation, organization, and provision of material as well as ensuring a smooth assembly process are part of your tasks.
• You perform feedback entries in the ERP system and document work steps, inspections, and relevant process steps.
• You carry out functional and quality controls and ensure that the products meet high quality and safety requirements.
• You actively participate in Kaizen/KVP topics and contribute ideas for the continuous improvement of processes, workflows, and workplaces.
• You organize your work largely independently and, with your sense of responsibility, contribute to on-time production and delivery.

This is what you bring with you.

• You enjoy working in a team, are resilient, flexible, and possess strong logical and analytical thinking skills.
• A high willingness to learn and good powers of observation characterize you.
• You have completed an industrial-technical basic training EFZ.
• A forklift license is an advantage. Physical resilience is required.
• You are willing to support other areas such as CNC machining, sheet metal processing, or other production departments if required.
• You have good IT skills as well as German language skills at least at level B2.
