For our client active in the Fribourg region, we are looking for a workshop position: Multi-Process Welder ( PF) =============================== Your responsibilities Repair & Adjustments: * Prepare joints, chamfers and fit-ups (grinding, tack welding). * Set welding parameters (intensity, voltage, wire/travel speed, gas flow rate, flux height). * Apply preheating and interpass temperature instructions (control with pyrometer/thermal pen). * Perform the root pass and filling in PF position with 135. * Carry out re-cladding/overlay operations (122) or large butt-end fillings (121) on positioner, turner or automatic bench. * Carefully clean each pass (grinding of repairs, slag removal). Using the following processes: * Process 121 / 122 (Submerged Arc Welding - SAW): 121: Submerged arc welding with a single wire electrode. 122: Submerged arc welding with strip electrode Implementation: Setting and operating automatic welding benches or welding beams, flux control, preheating management, slag removal and inspection of multi-pass appearance beads. * Process 135 (MIG/MAG with solid wire) -- PF Position * Gas Metal Arc Welding (MAG) with solid wire (carbon steel, alu or stainless steel). * PF position (ISO 6947): Vertical up welding. Requires excellent mastery of the weld pool, handling, root penetration and control of collapses or grooves. We offer Remuneration commensurate with your skills Immediate start Your profile * Up-to-date welder qualifications according to ISO 9606-1 standard (or ISO 9606-2 / ASME IX depending on the sector) * 135 PF (Solid wire, vertical up, generally with repair or on strip). * 121 / 122 (Welding operator according to ISO 14732). * Reading of technical drawings and welding symbols (ISO 2553). * Strict compliance with the WPS (Welding Procedure Specification). * Rigor regarding the traceability of materials and consumables (flux tempering, wire storage).
