Construction Manager 80-100% CDI (M/F/D)

Responsibilities

• Carry out feasibility studies for projects
• Establish and follow up on building permit applications
• Ensure control of costs, deadlines, and quality
• Manage calls for tender, estimates, and bids
• Develop execution plans and technical details
• Plan, organize, and manage construction sites on technical and administrative levels

Profile

• CFC as a building draughtsman or architect training completed with construction manager training
• Proven experience of at least 5 years in construction site management and supervision
• Sense of responsibility, organizational rigor, and team spirit
• Excellent command of French, any other language is an asset
• Driver's license indispensable
