TCE Site Manager

You plan and coordinate new building construction work in the canton of Fribourg, ensuring the technical, budgetary, and administrative monitoring of sites.

Tasks

• Plan, award, organize, and coordinate building construction project work
• Ensure compliance with deadlines, budgets, and quality
• Supervise teams on site and ensure communication with stakeholders
• Monitor the progress of work and guarantee compliance with safety standards
• Manage the administrative, contractual, and financial aspects of sites

Profile

• Degree in civil engineering, architecture, or construction management, or training deemed equivalent
• Proven experience in construction management, minimum 3 years
• Good experience in the TCE (all trades) field
• Knowledge of current standards and regulations
• Good knowledge of digital tools
• Good proficiency in German is an asset
