Polymechaniker CNC Milling (m/f/d) ###

Activities ###

• Programming and setting up 5-axis CNC milling machines
• Independent production of demanding workpieces
• Creating and documenting clamping plans
• Monitoring and optimizing manufacturing processes
• Processing of stainless steel (Inox), aluminum and steel
• Ensuring quality, dimensional accuracy and adherence to deadlines
• Collaboration on prototypes, small series and large parts

Requirements ###

• Completed training as Polymechaniker EFZ, Produktionsmechaniker EFZ or comparable mechanical vocational training
• Sound CNC knowledge as well as practical experience in milling
• Experience in programming Heidenhain controls
• Technical understanding and good spatial imagination
• Clean, exact and reliable way of working
• Independent personality with team spirit and sense of responsibility
