In order to strengthen our team, we are looking for a Landscaper Site Manager capable of managing their interventions autonomously and ensuring the proper execution of work on the ground, with the support of landscape assistants.

Responsibilities

Maintenance and enhancement of green spaces

• Mowing of lawns and maintenance of grass
• Pruning of hedges, shrubs and small trees
• Weeding and maintenance of flower beds
• Planting of flowers, shrubs and trees
• Watering and monitoring of plants
• Collection and disposal of green waste

? Management of your sites

• Organize and plan the work to be carried out
• Ensure the smooth running of interventions
• Distribute tasks with the landscape assistants present on the site
• Ensure compliance with deadlines and the quality of finishes
• Anticipate needs for equipment and consumables
• Find suitable solutions when faced with unforeseen events
• Quality monitoring and client relations
• Guarantee neat realizations that comply with expectations
• Be the primary contact for the client on the ground
• Report important information to the Management
• Quickly report any particular situation and propose concrete solutions

? Safety and equipment

• Use and maintain tools and machines in a professional manner
• Ensure compliance with safety rules
• Check the good condition of the equipment provided

Profile

• Confirmed experience in the maintenance of green spaces
• Good knowledge of plants and their needs
• Mastery of pruning, mowing, planting and maintenance techniques
• Autonomous, organized and reliable
• Sense of responsibility and priorities
• Good interpersonal skills and customer orientation
• Ease in coordinating the work of one or more landscape assistants
