For an established company in the field of metal construction, facade construction, and assembly services in Central Switzerland, we are looking for an experienced personality as a Project Manager Metal Construction / Facade Construction.
The company realizes demanding projects in industrial, commercial, and residential construction and stands for high quality standards, timely execution, and professional project management.

Project Manager Metal Construction / Facade Construction (m/f/d)

• Independent management and execution of assembly projects in metal construction and facade construction
• Planning, controlling, and monitoring of all project phases
• Coordination of assembly teams, suppliers, and subcontractors
• Ensuring compliance with cost, schedule, and quality specifications
• Creation of deployment, assembly, and resource plans
• Material procurement and monitoring of delivery dates
• Contact person for clients, architects, construction management, and external partners
• Conduct of construction meetings and project discussions
• Ensuring occupational safety on the construction sites
• Accompanying projects until successful acceptance

We expect:

• Completed training in metal construction, facade construction, timber construction, civil engineering, or a comparable technical field
• Further training as a master metalworker, technician HF, construction manager, or comparable qualification is an advantage
• Several years of experience in project management of metal construction, facade construction, or construction projects
• Good knowledge in facade construction, metal construction, or steel construction
• Experience in schedule planning, resource coordination, and cost control
• Confident handling of MS Office and common project management tools
• Entrepreneurial thinking and strong organizational skills
• Strong communicative, solution-oriented, and assertive personality
• Independent and structured way of working
• Driving license category B
