For our clients in Genève, we are constantly looking for Construction Machine Operators (M/F/D).

Job Description ##

• Driving earthmoving and civil engineering machinery of various sizes (loaders, crawler or wheeled excavators, pavers, rollers, etc.)
• Digging and removing earth, stones or gravel, using a wheeled or crawler excavator equipped with a mobile arm with bucket or a scoop
• Digging trenches using a hydraulic shovel, for sewers, drainage pipes, water, oil, gas pipes, etc.
• Removing, spreading and leveling earth with a bulldozer or a scraper
• Extracting sand, gravel, silt from the bottom of a body of water using a dredging installation
• Driving wooden, concrete or steel piles into the ground, operating a machine equipped with a "rammer" or a vibratory hammer
• Leveling construction sites, roadways, airfield runways
• Compacting and flattening layers of material with a roller
• Spreading bitumen and tar preparations on roads (road maintenance)
• Laying bituminous concrete on squares or on roads using a paver (road construction)
• Performing loading onto trucks
• Organizing the transport or movement of the machine from one site to another
• Cleaning, greasing, draining the machine and checking levels (water, oil, etc.)
• Ensuring the proper functioning of the machinery, performing simple repairs
• Applying the regulations in force regarding safety and environmental protection

We expect ##

• You hold a Machinist permit of SUVA categories M1 to M7
• You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position
• You are autonomous, organized and versatile
