Caretaker (Focus on Maintenance & Cleaning)

As a mobile caretaker, you will look after our customers' buildings and their users in various regions as part of a team. You actively ensure a clean appearance of the properties. Your area of responsibility includes the following activities:

• General caretaker tasks (replacement of light bulbs)
• Technical rounds of the objects
• Carrying out minor repairs
• On-call service
• Various cleaning tasks in different areas (emptying waste bins, removing spider webs, cleaning public toilets, removing graffiti, etc.)
• Support with special cleanings and moves
• Garden work, surroundings maintenance, disposal, providing containers
• Contact person for customers
• Carrying out inspections and maintaining protocols
• Deputizing for team members

In addition, you bring the following requirements:

• Basic manual vocational training, specialist in facility management or building cleaning is an advantage
• Good IT user skills
• Very good German skills
• Driver's license Cat. B mandatory
• High customer and solution orientation
• Reliability, resilience and flexibility
• Communicative personality and well-groomed appearance
