Tasks:

• Independent management of diverse construction projects
• On-site construction management, control, and acceptance of construction work
• Responsibility for variations, warranty work, and final accounting
• Preparation of the realization phase
• Creation of award requests and works contracts
• Monitoring of costs, deadlines, and quality
• Contact person for clients, suppliers, and specialist planners
• Coordination of subcontractors

Your profile:

• Sound basic knowledge in construction with a planning or manual vocational training
• Degree as eidg. dipl. Bauleiter, Techniker Hochbau HF or equivalent qualification
• Experience in construction management, GU/TU or general service provider
• High quality standards during construction handover
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and structured way of working
• Confident handling of MS Office, Real Viewer, Messerli (or willingness to learn these)
• Strong communication skills & resilient, even in challenging situations
