Profile

• With a basic CFC training as a network electrician, you benefit from several years of experience in managing construction sites as a lead installer.
• Federal diploma, an asset.
• Proficiency in the use of office tools.
• Very good knowledge of the electrical networks field and analytical skills.
• Autonomy, rigor, precision, customer and solution oriented.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, proactivity and team spirit.
• Interpersonal and relational skills for the management of your installation team.

Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the experienced installation team at the Martigny site, in a pair with an experienced technical coordinator.
• You have the mission to plan the execution of the mandates entrusted to you by the project managers of your entity in order to optimize your resources.
• You verify the technical feasibility of the project (duration, personnel resources) and the choice of suitable logistical means.
• You establish the execution files in collaboration with the project managers and monitor the construction sites, coordinate internal and external stakeholders, while ensuring perfect communication with clients.
• You carry out the commissioning and end-of-site inspections with the site works manager; as well as the preparation of the operating files.
• You ensure compliance with laws, ordinances, directives and standards regarding the ESTI in collaboration with the business specialists; and are responsible for the application of the safety rules in force during execution.
