To strengthen our CNC manufacturing, we are looking for an experienced personality who is equally proficient in CATIA CAM programming and practical CNC machining. The focus is on the precise machining of plexiglass (PMMA) for aircraft and helicopter glazing.

Immediately or by arrangement, we are looking for a committed specialist as

Experienced Polymechanic / CNC-CAM Programmer CATIA 100% (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Independent creation, adaptation and optimization of CNC programs with CATIA (approx. 30%)
• Independent setup, operation and monitoring of the CNC machines (approx. 70%)
• CNC machining of plexiglass (PMMA) for demanding individual parts, prototypes and small series
• Optimization of tools, cutting parameters and machining strategies for plexiglass
• Performance of first-article, dimensional and quality inspections; troubleshooting of machining problems
• Close cooperation with AVOR and Quality; optional design of components and fixtures in CATIA

Your profile:

• Completed training as Polymechanic EFZ or comparable technical qualification
• At least 5 years of sound experience in CNC manufacturing and independent CAM programming
• Good knowledge of CATIA CAM or sound CAM experience with willingness to train in CATIA
• CATIA 3D design and experience in plastic or plexiglass machining is an advantage
• Independent, precise way of working, high quality awareness and good German skills
