The mission of this department is to ensure the housekeeping and logistics necessary for the smooth functioning of all HUG, in terms of catering, cleaning and disinfection of premises, and linen hygiene. It also manages the sterilization service, the biomedical and equipment service, as well as Cressy-Santé. More than 1'300 professionals carry out their missions daily with a constant concern for excellence, a sense of service, and environmental responsibility. Within the Département d'exploitation, the Service propreté-hygiène handles the cleaning and disinfection of premises, rooms, and beds with a highly qualified team and measures to prevent hospital infections. Waste treatment, garden maintenance, and road maintenance management are an integral part of the service's activity. Head Horticulturist or Horticulture Team Leader (forewoman-foreman) - 100% As part of your function, you plan, organize, and pilot the work of the team of horticulturists and horticultural assistants who ensure the maintenance of flowers, trees, green spaces, pathways, and parking lots. You control the execution of tasks, the efficiency, and the quality of services provided while guaranteeing compliance with safety rules. You manage product and material stocks, and you train and supervise new employees. Your customer orientation and negotiation skills allow you to propose solutions to improve the efficiency of the team and the work. Qualifications: Holder of a CFC in the field of horticulture, you benefit from a minimum of 3 years of experience in team management and 10 years of experience in horticulture. The minimum required level of French is C1. You have an interest in administrative tasks and basic computer knowledge (office tools, MS Office, Outlook). Comfortable in communication and the transmission of information, you have a taste for negotiation and problem solving; to do this, you rely on your sense of rigor and fairness.
