What awaits you

• Independent setup, operation, and monitoring of production equipment for the manufacture of fiber optic cables
• Preparation and manufacturing of production orders according to the work program and operations plan
• Providing and conditioning the required materials based on the bills of materials
• Setting up the systems according to production orders, recipes, and technical specifications
• Monitoring the ongoing production process and initiating corrective measures in case of deviations
• Carrying out and documenting quality controls and measurements
• Passing on the manufactured products to the next production step or to final inspection
• Cleaning, maintaining, and performing simple maintenance work on the production equipment
• Active participation in Lean Management and consistent implementation of the 5S philosophy
• Ensuring a reliable flow of information during shift handovers
• Recording and evaluating relevant production key figures
