Plasterer

The employer is looking for a:

Plasterer (reported profession)

Tasks:

• surface preparation: Cleaning, preliminary treatment and preparation of substrates (internal and external walls, ceilings)
• application of plasters: Application of base and finish plasters (by hand or via plastering machinery)
• skimming and finishing: Application of leveling compounds, filler and glazes to obtain surfaces ready for painting
• thermal and acoustic insulation: Installation of thermal insulation jackets and restoration of damaged facades
• assembly of drywall walls and suspended ceilings
• use and maintenance of tools: Safe use of construction site equipment (mixers, platforms, scaffolding, nail guns) and their correct maintenance
• compliance with safety regulations: Scrupulous observance of current regulations regarding health and safety in the workplace

Requirements:

• with AFC certificate
• 1-3 years of experience in the role of plasterer/skimmer within construction sites
• technical competence: Excellent knowledge of different building materials (lime, cement, plaster, premixed plasters, mineral and synthetic leveling compounds)
• manual dexterity: High precision in the use of professional tools (trowels, floats, straightedges, scrapers)
• autonomy: Ability to manage the assigned work independently, guaranteeing timing and quality standards
• good knowledge of Italian
• driving license cat.B
• with own vehicle
