Tasks

• Management and coordination of horticulture projects of various sizes
• Development and implementation of strategies for customer acquisition and retention
• Monitoring compliance with quality standards and safety regulations
• Budget planning and control for all horticulture projects
• Leadership and motivation of the team to achieve corporate goals

Profile

• Completed studies in the field of horticulture or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in a leadership position in horticulture
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability for strategic planning and problem-solving
• Good German skills in speaking and writing
