Plasterer painter

We are looking for a plasterer or a painter also assuming team leader responsibilities. The position is part of renovation and new construction sites, in a structured and quality-oriented environment. The hired person will intervene on different types of buildings, in coordination with other trades, while guaranteeing compliance with current technical and safety standards. The function requires a good mastery of plastering and painting techniques, as well as a capacity to organize the daily work of the team on assigned sites.

Responsibilities

• Organize and coordinate the daily work of the plasterer painter team on the different assigned sites in the region.
• Prepare surfaces, perform plastering work and apply paint layers respecting technical and quality prescriptions.
• Monitor the progress of the work, verify the compliance of the finishes and quickly report any discrepancy to the relevant managers.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety rules on the site and ensure the correct use of equipment and materials.
• Collaborate with other site participants, manage priorities and adapt the schedule according to operational constraints.

Profile

• You have completed basic training at the secondary level in a construction trade or a related field.
• You have significant practical experience as a plasterer painter on sites in Switzerland.
• You work autonomously while enjoying structured teamwork in the field.
• You demonstrate precision, care in finishes and good resistance to physical work.
• You are comfortable in a construction site environment and accept variable climatic conditions according to the seasons.
