Polymechanic CNC Turning / Turn-Milling EFZ (m/w/d) 100%

per immediately or by arrangement

In this demanding role, you will manufacture high-precision components for our gear grinding machines on modern CNC turning and turn-milling centers. You will take responsibility for the entire manufacturing process - from programming through processing to the quality release of the manufactured workpieces. We are looking for a technically savvy specialist with a high level of personal responsibility, a strong awareness of quality, and enjoyment of complex machining tasks.

Your area of responsibility

• Independent programming, setup, and operation of CNC turning and turn-milling centers
• Manufacture of individual parts and small series according to technical drawings
• Monitoring, controlling, and optimizing the machining processes
• Independent quality testing and release of the manufactured workpieces
• Documentation of manufacturing and quality data in the corresponding systems
• Material, tool, and order management using SAP ME, TDM, as well as digital warehouse and logistics systems
• Active participation in process optimizations within the framework of the continuous improvement process (KVP)
• Participation in the introduction and further development of automation and robotics solutions in manufacturing
• Deployment in 2-shift operation

What you bring with you

• Completed vocational training as a Polymechanic EFZ or comparable basic technical training
• Several years of professional experience in CNC machining
• Very good knowledge of Siemens controls and ShopTurn
• Experience on complex CNC turning and turn-milling centers; knowledge of machines such as DMG MORI CTX beta 800, CTX beta 800 TC, CTX beta 1250 TC, INDEX G200 or WFL M40-G is an advantage
• Confident handling of technical drawings as well as measuring and testing equipment
• Strong awareness of quality, high self-inspection discipline, and willingness to take responsibility for the quality of your own work
• Good user knowledge in SAP and SAP ME
• Experience in handling tool management systems, preferably TDM
• Experience in handling digital warehouse and logistics systems (e.g., Kardex and SSI-Schäfer lift systems)
• Interest in modern manufacturing, automation, and digitalization technology
• Independent, structured, and reliable way of working
• Good German skills in speaking and writing
