Our client, a recognized player in the watchmaking industry, is looking for 1 Rolling Setter 100% M/F/X & 1 Cutting Setter 100% M/F/X to strengthen its production teams. You will join a demanding technical environment, oriented towards quality and continuous improvement.

Micromechanics Setters 100% M/F/X

Your missions

• Ensure the setting, startup and production monitoring on Strausak rolling machines and Wahli cutting machines.
• Guarantee the conformity of produced parts according to quality requirements and technical plans.
• Perform series changes and optimize machining parameters.
• Carry out dimensional and visual controls during manufacturing.
• Participate in the resolution of technical problems and the continuous improvement of processes.
• Ensure first-level maintenance of equipment.
• Collaborate closely with quality, methods and production teams.

Your profile

• Training as a mechanic, polymechanic, micromechanic or equivalent.
• Proven experience in the setting of Strausak rolling machines or Wahli cutting machines.
• Good reading of technical plans and mastery of control instruments.
• Knowledge of quality requirements specific to the watchmaking industry.
• Team spirit, rigor and autonomy.
• Sense of responsibility and ability to work in a high-precision environment.
