Construction Manager (m/f/d)

Introduction

For our client, a solid and well-anchored company in structural engineering, we are looking for you as a Construction Manager. In this role, you will manage construction sites operationally and ensure compliance with quality, deadlines, and costs across all phases.

Tasks

• Operative construction site management: deployment and resource planning, coordination of contractors, trades, and service providers
• Cost, schedule, and quality control according to project specifications; reports, construction journal, construction meetings and minutes
• Active interface management with clients, planning, authorities, neighbors, and internal departments
• Ensure quality, occupational safety, and environmental protection according to SUVA specifications; inspections, partial/final acceptances, and defect management until handover
• Construction administration as well as schedule and process planning

Profile

• Completed construction-related basic training (e.g., structural draftsman EFZ, carpenter EFZ, mason EFZ) with further training as a Construction Manager
• Several years of experience in construction management in structural engineering (new construction, conversion, or renovation projects)
• Proficient in construction administration and IT tools
• Independent, structured, and proactive way of working; strong communication and negotiation skills
• Very good German skills in spoken and written language; driver's license Cat. B
