Foreman Structural Engineering (m/f/d)

Introduction

For our client, an established company in structural engineering, we are looking for a practical and reliable personality as a Foreman Structural Engineering. In this role, you will manage your construction sites independently and keep daily processes efficiently on track.

Tasks

• Overall operational responsibility on the construction site - from setup to handover; ensuring quality, deadlines and costs
• Personnel deployment as well as equipment and material planning; structuring AVOR and daily routines clearly
• Coordination of subcontractors and suppliers; ensuring smooth construction site logistics
• Execution according to plan in accordance with SIA standards and consistent compliance with SUVA/HSE requirements
• Quality assurance on the construction site: internal/external controls, defect recording and follow-up of measures
• Reports & documentation: time and performance reports, construction diary, protocols; participation in cost and schedule controlling
• Contact person for construction management, clients and authorities; active participation in construction meetings
• You lead, instruct and promote your team incl. apprentices and model occupational safety

Profile

• Completed vocational training in the main construction industry (e.g. Maurer:in EFZ or equivalent)
• Further training as a Baupolier:in with eidg. FA or dipl. Polier:in; Technician HF Bauführung is an advantage
• Several years of experience in structural engineering
• Assertive, structured and solution-oriented; high degree of personal responsibility and teamwork skills
• Very good German in spoken and written form
• Driver's license Cat.-B
