We are looking for several of our clients in the watchmaking sector, based in Geneva, for:

Precision Mechanics to occupy positions as CNC Lathe Setters

Job description
--------------------

• Series changeovers, collet and tooling adjustments, dimension fine-tuning, and startup of Index, Traub, Benzinger Bi-Spindle Bi-Turret or Tri-Turret CNC Lathes
• Machining and control of manufactured parts: Frames, bottoms, bezels in steel, titanium or precious materials.
• Precise controls with traditional workshop control tools, 3D control and optical control depending on the parts.
• First-level maintenance.
• Shift work 2x8 or 3x8

Profile sought
-----------------

• CFC training in polymechanics or CFC in micromechanics, BAC Professionnel or BTS in Productique
• To have had a first successful experience in the mechanical industry in Switzerland, ideally in the field of Watchmaking.
• Basic knowledge of grinding would be a plus.
• Excellent knowledge in reading plans.
• Good knowledge in the use of control tools including digital control tools.
• To have a good mechanical technical sense to find fast and efficient solutions.
• To be comfortable with IT tools for production monitoring.
• Good vision to respect visual controls of manufactured parts.
• Team spirit and cohesion.
