Your area of responsibility:

• Coordination and leadership of employees in day-to-day business
• Ensuring smooth construction site processes
• Deputy for the site manager in their absence
• Independent execution of structural engineering work with your own team
• Quality control and compliance with technical specifications
• Thinking ahead with regard to deadlines and costs
• Preparation of work and hourly reports
• Application of modern surveying systems (GPS, tachymeter)

Your profile – competence with natural authority

• Completed training in the main construction industry (EFZ or equivalent)
• Further training as a foreman or site manager
• Several years of experience in Swiss structural engineering
• Provable leadership experience on construction sites
• Confident handling of PC applications
• Knowledge in electronic surveying (GPS / tachymeter)
• Independent, solution-oriented way of working
• Physically resilient
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
• Driver's license category B
