Hauswart EFZ

For our client, a renowned company in the region, we are looking for a reliable and expert personality for the professional care of the properties as of 1 June 2026.

Specialist for the property: Hauswart with EFZ (60 -100%)

Do you appreciate regular working hours in the afternoon and evening? Then this position is exactly right for you!

Your tasks:

• Ensuring order, safety, and cleanliness in and around the properties.
• Monitoring and operating the building technical systems (heating, ventilation, sanitary).
• Carrying out minor repairs and maintenance work.
• Contact person for tenants, craftsmen, and external service providers during working hours.
• Care of the outdoor facilities and ensuring disposal processes.
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 15:00 to 20:00.

Qualifications

Your profile:

• Qualification: Completed vocational training as Hauswart with eidg. Fachausweis (EFZ) or a comparable manual basic training with corresponding further training.
• Experience: Several years of practice in building technology or property maintenance.
• Way of working: Independent, conscientious, and solution-oriented.
• Personality: Friendly appearance and high service orientation towards users and tenants.
• Languages: Very good German skills in speaking and writing.
