Car body painter (m/f)

Your tasks:

• Independent preparation of vehicles and components for the painting process
• Sanding, filling, puttying, priming and masking
• Determining, mixing and adjusting color tones
• Professional application of base coat, effect coat and clear coat
• Carrying out two and three-layer coatings
• Partial painting, spot repair and small paint repairs
• Painting of metal and plastic components
• Quality control and independent rectification of small painting errors
• Finishing work for a flawless end result
• Careful and economical handling of materials, tools and machines
• Cooperation with the panel beating shop and other team members
• Compliance with safety, quality and environmental regulations

What you bring with you:

• Completed training as a car body painter EFZ or an equivalent training
• Several years of professional experience in the field of vehicle painting
• Sound knowledge in the preparation and painting of vehicles
• Experience in mixing, assessing and adjusting color tones
• Independent, structured and efficient way of working
• High quality awareness and a good eye for detail
• Sense of responsibility and careful handling of customer vehicles
• Reliability, teamwork and a positive attitude
• Driver's license category B

Experience with the PPG paint system is an advantage, but not a requirement.
